We offer the option of a return or exchange if you’re not happy with our product. An item may be returned within 30 days of purchase if you would like to. The item must be in its original packaging, with all components, hashtags, and original packaging. It is not appropriate to use, wash, or damage the product.

You are strongly advised to send the tracking code to Support@theorganicbag.com and utilize a traceable method. If the product is lost during the transaction, you are liable, and we will not cover the cost of return shipping.
