- Eligible for a refund/replacement: order not received (45+ days), missing bag, damaged bag.
- NOT eligible for refund/replacement: personal preferences (aesthetics), the wrong color ordered, wrong quantity ordered, too long delivery, but still within the time stated.
- If your eligible and your item was discounted (at the moment of purchase) then you can have a replacement of the same type and color (but not for other items, or a credit refund).
- If your order didn't reach you in 45 days (not before), then please reach out to us on the email given below.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, (usually it takes between 3-5 working days) first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. When you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Our policy lasts 30 days, starting after your item has delivered.
