What is your exchange/return policy?

Within 30 days of delivery, please follow the guidelines below if you want to return an item. Pack the goods securely inside the original packaging included with the purchase. Every coffee table needs to be returned to its original state. If the coffee tables you received are broken, please email Support@theorganicbag.com to let us know.

We’ll replace the product you received and cover the cost of returning the original to us. We are fallible human beings, after all. We’ll work quickly to fix the issue!
